About the District
Palm Beach Plantation Community Development District consists of 261.18 acres on which 600 units of single family homes have been developed. The District was created by the Palm Beach County Commission by Ordinance 2003-054. The District is located in unincorporated Palm Beach County, just south of Southern Boulevard on Lyons Road.
